This hotel was lovely, but we were not comfortable staying here. The check out process was smooth and the manager was quite nice. Besides that, they don't provide air conditioning in the summer. The other things are that this place was a bit small. It's not as expensive as other hotels in the city. And then, the place is quiet. Subsequently, the breakfast and dinner here are both of good quality, delicious food.

Our family ate three meals here, although we didn't stay there because I had a business meeting there. Our family can be hard to cook for because we have one vegan, one near-vegan, and two vegetarians, especially in the meathead regions of the throw. The neuwirt staff was very accommodating, imagining what my teenage son would stand by the table after returning to see which ingredients were suitable. I was very impressed. Also, all the staff members I met at neuwirt were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to spend time there.

I go here every time I travel to Austria to ski. The staff is kind, kind, and helpful. The food is excellent! There is a bus stop right outside the front door, and it is close to Innsbruck and a number of ski resorts. It has a drying and storage area for ski boots, and a ski area is within 10 minutes. The accommodations have just been renovated and are very lovely. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.

Will undoubtedly return. The check-in process was smooth, the personnel was very nice, and the center of Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away. The room is spacious, has a balcony, and has an amazing view of the mountains. Free parking and a delicious breakfast are available.

We stayed here for several days and had a wonderful time. The place is situated near the ski area and can be reached easily by bus from Innsbruck as the bus stop is directly across from this hotel. Even a vegetarian could enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet. The personnel was incredibly courteous and accommodating. Although they have a reasonably priced dinner buffet, we skipped it because we wanted to explore a few other locations in the town. The rooms were tidy, and the housekeeping routinely cleaned them.
