Our family of five stayed at the Burgstall hotel from December 21 to January 4, 2014. Our family apartment was quite spacious and had a balcony. In the room, everything was spotless. The hotel's spa and pool were lovely and clean. Their brunch and dinners were excellent. We ate like kings and were truly treated to the finest food. The administration and employees, especially Maria and her son Paolo, were very helpful and friendly. Hotel Burgstall is in the town of never and is in a peaceful neighbourhood. Overall, we had a five-star experience.

Our family is vacationing in Germany and Austria and cannot have asked for a more enjoyable first few nights. A few blocks from the hotel are the Stavaital Valley bus stop that runs to Stavaital Gketscher and the Innsbruck Hofbahnhof. A great room, nicely furnished and spacious, with a cozy bed and a nice shower. The restaurant was fantastic too. Germanic cuisine elegantly displayed. Good portion size. At affordable prices with attentive service. Germanic and English menus with allergens listed so considerately. Around 15 minutes up the valley to the glacier through several towns. Innsbruck train station is within walking distance. We used the trail pass to travel the weeklong trip without a car. Our reservation included a happy stubaicard what a terrific deal! It included bus transportation and entrance to a variety of attractions. We used it to pay for travel admissions in two days. Truly one of our familys favorite parts of their vacations!.

Voila, thats how I remember it. The hotel is a bit out of the city's heart and several hundred meters from the training area. Neustift's center is around 3 am, so the hotel is 40 minutes away if you don't have a car and not really reachable. I stayed in a double room for single use, and the room was very large and comfortable. The decoration is at least 1015 years old, but still very fine. The room had a large cupboard, a separate little table with benches, a lot of room around the bed carpeted floor, and a fantastic terrace. The bathroom was also quite large, only the shower was not very comfortable and could be replaced. The old and uninspiring hairdryer worked better than it looked. Wellness is quite large and only crowded one night out of three. It has two saunas, a Turkish bath and a swimming pool. A large resting area and herbal tea. Unfortunately, there is no jacuzzi! I heard rumours that the pool should be making bubbles, but it wasn't, it was more than 15 a.m. to access the lifts and lots of traffic, so it was a real treat. Its great that they made a compromise and opted to start serving breakfast at 645, but its still way later than most of us would

The good thing is the spacious balcony, the good wellness, and the location that is close to the schlock 200 and scuba iceberg. The good thing is the breakfast 5 that we had in this place, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. But the internet connection is limited because everyone can use only one device, such as a laptop, a tablet, and a mobile device.
