This hotel is very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was great. We have a 4 course dinner that is included in the room fee and the breakfast was good too. Occasionally, the wifi is available for pickup, but the staff can assist if that is the case.

This hotel is a little treasure, and even with us British and our lack of German, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are undoubtedly well furnished and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. All the spaces are spotless and well-kept. The food is simply excellent, with many dishes and a delicious meal! There was not a single complaint during our week-long stay, which included an 8-course christmas Eve dinner! The spa and wellness area is well worth a visit, and the sauna and steam rooms are lovely, with towels and other amenities. It is close enough to ski lifts, a few stores, and restaurants without being in the middle of town with all the noise. A beautiful hotel in a lovely village overall.

The location was nice, with a beautiful food and a lovely atmosphere. I booked this hotel after a friend's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The room was also tidy and spacious. Every day, new towels were provided, and the bathrobes were really nice. The proprietors and employees put a lot of effort to welcome visitors and provide a fair standard of service. The ski rental shop and the main lift are close by, but the hotel is in a quiet area. The town center and apres ski bars are nearby. The restrooms were quite cozy.

I have just returned from a week's stay at the hotel altar in Iscghl. I went there with my husband and 4 other friends. Our room was stylish and large. The room was a bit warm even with the heater off, but this was solved by opening the windows. Two of my friends had single rooms which were small and compact but very well serviceable. The service levels at the hotel were excellent, one of my party needs gluten and dairy-free meals, and the hotel accommodated her, especially ordering gluten-free bread. Charmingly austrian, the lady helped us every day understand the menu which was in German and when nothing seemed right, offered alternatives. The food was also cooked and presented beautifully. The hotel is very close to the lift on a quiet road, but with easy access to apres ski bars and the main centre via the dorm tunnel. Highly recommended.

This is a very enjoyable halfboard holiday for a group of us. The hotel has an excellent small spa, which provides a sauna and steam room for no extra cost. We stayed at this incredible small hotel for a week. It is close to one of the three cable cars and the ski rental depots, but is still far enough from the village to avoid the hustling nightlife. The place is only 1. For those who are inclined, the center is fine. The hotel's accommodations were contemporary, tidy, and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms were modest, which would be a problem for individuals carrying extra baggage. In particular, thanks to elizabeth at the front desk and the camel and luka in the dining area, there are no other reasons not to reserve again next year.
