Sangat bagus sekali, semua pelayanan yang ramah, tidak ada yang jutek, pokoknya kami seperti raja, makanan enak dan bervariasi, tapi untuk coffee sepertinya kurang berpengalaman. AC harus diperbaiki agar tidak rusak terus, pokoknya worth it.

Lokasinya sangat strategis di Jemursari, dekat dengan segalanya. Marina, dekat dengan Maspion Square, dan dekat dengan tol dan bandara. Dengan harga segitu, saya mendapatkan hotel di tengah kota Surabaya dengan akses yang mudah kemana-mana. Staf juga ramah dan cekatan, sehingga check-in sangat cepat. Saya dilayani oleh Mba Cindy saat check-in. Kamar standar budget hotel, kecil, tapi nyaman. Nilai tambah bagi saya yang suka ganti udara, kamar mandi memiliki jendela yang bisa dibuka. Fasilitas standar, tidak ada pemanas di dalam kamar, tetapi ada dispenser di lorong-lorong. Satu-satunya minus adalah kebersihan, ketika saya check-in untuk pertama kalinya, kamar bau rokok padahal saya memilih non-smoking. Yang kedua, ada noda di sprei dan sprei berlubang. Secara keseluruhan, yang lain baik dan saya sangat puas dengan layanan Cleo Jemursari.

Hotel ini menawarkan harga sekitar 200- 300 ribu. Kamarnya bersih, pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik, AC dingin, dan staf yang sangat membantu. Meskipun sabun cair di kamar tidak tersedia, mereka langsung mengisi ulang sesuai permintaan. Tempat parkirnya agak sulit dan sempit, tetapi secara keseluruhan, semuanya baik-baik saja.

Harga yang terjangkau, suasana yang nyaman, keamanan yang baik, dan akses yang mudah merupakan prioritas saya. Namun, sayangnya satpam di depan kurang responsif saat ada tamu datang, meskipun saya adalah seorang solo traveler dan membawa barang bawaan yang cukup berat. Saya telah menginap di sini dua kali dan semuanya berjalan sesuai rencana. Namun, secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat memuaskan, sehingga saya telah mengunjunginya dua kali. Harga, kenyamanan, suasana yang nyaman, suasana yang aman, kebersihan yang baik, dan fasilitas yang lengkap merupakan prioritas utama saya. Terima kasih.

Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river.

Expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed Expedia. I never got the access code for the main building from the hotel. I tried calling the hotel directly through multiple methods and the phone didn’t ring/they didn’t answer. Expedia couldn’t reach them for over two hours, time I spent standing outside with no way to check in since there’s no front desk. Ended up following someone inside and found my key. Then Expedia said they got a hold of the hotel and the hotel doesn’t have my reservation, which obviously wasn’t true since I found my key with my name on my envelope. Expedia profusely apologized and the hotel then texted me from the same number that would not answer the call. Hotel said Expedia only recently called them but Expedia had been calling for hours. Once finally checked in the hotel was fine. Maybe book directly with the hotel and not through Expedia, although I’m not sure why I never got the access code to the building.

Winziges Zimmer,so klein, das man die Türe nicht ganz aufbekommt,weil sie gegen das Bett stößt. Sehr instabieles WLAN, TV vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar. Personal bemüht,doch hoffnungslos überfordert. Auch auf Anfrage keine neuen Handtücher und keine Leerung der Abfalleimer.Bei 4 Tagen/3Nächte ein Unding die Zimmer nicht zu reinigen.2xStromausfall Fazit wunderschöne Stadt, furchtbares Hotel
