We will be visiting Ischial every year for our winterweek, and I heartily suggest it to families and individuals who enjoy skiing and beautiful locations. I highly suggest Hotel Marta, which is a lovely, welcoming hotel with excellent breakfast and dining, exceptionally nice rooms and flats that are always clean and fresh. The family hauler who owns it is friendly and can fix anything you require! We have visited Ischial with our children and their families once a year since 1986, now every year! And we have remained in Hotel Marta for the majority of the years, I believe 28 or 29. Our children have grown up and have learned how to ski there, and as the years have passed, they have also visited Kuhstall for after ski instruction, and now their children are more proficient in skiing! If you want to experience skiing and winter when it is the finest, I cannot but endorse ischial and Hotel Marta! It is suitable for all ages and has everything you need. We have never had a week with poor weather, some years one or at best, days without snow, but 95 sunshine over the years!.

This is an excellent small hotel just 300 meters from the main street and a great location, this hotel is a family run company. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for a family stay. I would say that this is one of the best Austrian resorts for fun. It is just a good area.

This is a huge mistake by us. Our application account misdirected us from verifying that the reservation was fully accepted after 24 hours. We arrived at this lovely little motel knowing that we didn't really have a spot to stay. Tina and her husband didn't hesitate for a second and immediately offered us an alternative for one night at no additional fee and an upgrade for the remainder of the week at no extra charge. In addition, they were very helpful and assisted us in making dinner reservations every night, always with a big friendly smile on their faces. The breakfast and room were excellent, and the location is superb, being only 200 meters from the center. If I ever return to ischial, I won't think twice about where to stay, and I can only hope this little gem of a hotel is still available for us. In the meantime, you can do yourself a tremendous favor by going for it. On the photo, we are sleeping in the sauna area.

It was a great hotel. Very comfy, and the employees were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices, and the afternoon snack was perfect after a hard day skiing.

Would book this hotel again. Everything is very well run with amazing and kind staff. The hotel is nice and clean. Superb location for ski lift, easy walk across the main parking lot. Easy walk to the center for bars and other things but not loud when you want to sleep.
