I stayed here for 3 nights and booked through a travel agency in do. Nice room with a balcony and floor with a spectacular view. Maren and my florian were welcomed at arrival and well informed. Breakfast buffet is excellent and eggs are cooked on request. In the evening 3 courses were served, soup, some meat with vegetables and finally dessert. Very good and delicious. He. Florian urged us to see movies about Grossglockner and Mozart. Nice to meet such a passionate Austrian. Both mars and my florian speak English. I would gladly suggest this hotel if you need a relaxing place to stay close to Salzburg.

We spent two nights here and spent one day in Salzburg. We were fortunate enough to be given a room with a balcony with a nice view at the hotel, which is in an excellent position. From the balcony, we were able to watch a thunderstorm and lightening storm. Thankfully, our hosts were helpful in planning our stay and spoke English. The bed was the most comfortable of our trip, and the bathroom was tidy with a powerful shower. Both mornings, we had a lovely brunch, which kept us going through late afternoon. Drinks on the patio are also very relaxing. We would definitely come back here the next time we bring bikes and plan more outdoor activities.

We would certainly stay again. In the region of Hotelschwaighofen, Eugendorf, Austria and its surroundings, you can be sure of a warm and cordial greeting from your hosts, erika and florian. They have a ton of useful information about things to see and places to visit. The hotel is a little outside of the village in a peaceful neighborhood, so it is equally beneficial to request directions at booking. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the cuisine is excellent and diverse. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, on a covered terrace, or outside on a patio, all with panoramic views over a green valley to the hills beyond. Salzburg is only ten kilometers away to the west. There is a handy park and ride there, saving you from searching for a suitable car park in a strange city. The old town is a pedestrian precinct and is fascinating. Small streets with very varied shops, many charming churches, squares, some of which have lovely markets, and of course, a musical association with Mozart. On the other side of the river is the lovely schools Mirabell, the Austrian lake district. While enjoying the fresh mountain air, trees, and beautiful forests, there are lakes where you can enjoy a coffee or a meal. Very friendly couple, normal rooms but uncomfortable beds and pillows. Toilets weren't clean! Breakfast was ok supper was average but there was no choice of meals, so we had to eat whatever the meal of the day was. We stayed two nights and the wifi didn't work or was too slow to use.
