Clean, modern and convenient, and good price. The staff was competent, but not always friendly— it frankly depended on who was at the front desk. I was a little hesitant about it being both a hotel and hostel, but it was fine.

It was the best hostel experience ever! Clean, affordable. I felt very safe, also social activities were a lot so that I never felt bored. Hostel staff were really helpfull, also breakfast was delicious. It is at the center right next to metro, so transportation was very easy. I definitely recomend this hostel as a female solo traveller!

Quite a unique experience — Jo&Joe is located on the 5th and 6th floor of an in-city IKEA, which is a clever concept (great way to furnish the place!). The atmosphere is very young and vibrant, though we did see families staying as well. The room had a raw, industrial-chic aesthetic — think chunky wooden bunk beds and bare concrete grey walls, giving it a warehouse loft feel. The room was surprisingly comfortable with a nice view. There are plenty of common areas to sit and eat, and you can bring food from outside into these shared spaces, though not into the rooms. One thing to be aware of: you receive sheets and need to make the beds yourself, which after arriving at 22:00 was a bit tiring. Overall, an affordable and enjoyable place to stay in Vienna.

Buffet breakfast was really good!! Room was really nice and warm, beds very comfy and super clean. The staff were very polite and helpful- even when there were some loud guests they sorted it out very fast. The common room area is really nice and kitchen has everything you need like a kettle and microwave (no stove though!!). Perfect for young female solo travellers- I met some great people :)

루프탑 이용 가능한 것처럼 싸있는데 제가 머문 날은 계속 이용이 불가능했어요. 위치가 역 바로 옆이라 접근성이 좋은데 처음에 지도보고 찾아갈 때 한참을 헤맸어서 시설 소개하는 곳에 길 안내가 좀 더 상세하면 좋겠네요.시설은 깨끗한 편이었고 엘레베이터 내리면 리셉션이 있는데 상시로 직원이 있고 그 앞에 식당으로도 쓰고 보드게임을 하거나 앉아서 시간을 보내거나 할 수 있는 장소가 넓게 있어서 좋았어요. 방에 화장실 겸 사워실이 두 개 있어서 그것도 괜찮았고 만약에 두 개 다 차면 로비쪽 화장실을 이용할 수 있어요. 다만 방이 난방이 안되는지 추웠고 침실에 칸막이가 없는 건 좀 불편했음. 침대밑에 수납장이 있기는 한데 자물쇠는 알아서 가져와서 채워야하고요, 수납장이 엄청 크진 않아서 기내용캐리어는 안들어가는 사이즈예요.락커가 제대로 없어서인지 다들 짐을 방 안에 널부러뜨려놔서 창가쪽에 자리를 다 차지하고 있던 점도 좀 불편했음. 높은 층에 있어서 바깥 뷰가 있는 건 좋았어요. 퇴실 후 짐 보관은 시간당 1.5유로로 사용할 수 있어요.
