Overall, it was pretty adequate for a brief stay in Frankfurt. Although the hotel is a short walk from the main train station, you must pass by an area where homeless and addicts gather, which can be confusing for some, but we didn't have any problems. It is a clean and welcoming business hotel. The upstairs self-service honesty bar and small reception area didn't appear to be used by anyone while we were there. Breakfast was tasty, with a decent selection of continental dishes, including gluten-free bread. For a hotel in the city center, the cost was reasonable.

The cleanliness of this hotel is poor, I get a cold shower, no tea, and no milk. And then, the room is very noisy because of the loud sound from the street. After that, the room was very small and noisy. Subsequently, the breakfast is very tasty.

We had an average mercury experience here. Early checking, room upgrade, executive longhand a minibar were not available, even though we had platinum status. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable, and you could perfectly explore the city from here. There are also many restaurants and bars around.

A great hotel and a very good location for business travelers. It's less than a 5 minute walk from Frankfurt's Main Station Huf. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I had a very nice stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Frankfurt for business.

Nice modern hotel with a balcony and well designed and furnished rooms. The only slight thing is when guests on the floor close their room doors. When I read other reviews, I understand that the surroundings are seedy and frightening, this is undoubtedly the main station district, one of the worst stations in Germany, I have stayed in many of these areas and nothing has happened. Just asked for a cigarette or small change, as is typical of many other places in the world!.
