A beautiful location. The hotel was spotless and friendly. We stayed in chalet 502, and it provided everything we required. The hotel's breakfast was generous and lovely. The hotel personnel was very pleasant. We were the only English speaking guests at the resort, and it was incredible. We did not see any snow while there, but the ice skating and views were fantastic. a calm christmas break with family and friends from Germany. I certainly hope we return.

I stayed in apartment 509 with my family. We got a very nice view, great facilities including free paddle boards, kayaks, and rowing. The team was very welcoming and attentive even though we were the only English tourists. It is one of Austria's best-kept secrets. Please don't hesitate to come here, you won't regret it.

We already had a visit while staying at this hotel two years ago. We made the promise to return and what a joy it was to be back. The hotel is on the beautiful Weissensee in the heart of techendorf's village, making it ideal for lake walks, cycling, swimming, and boating. Naturally, some changes were made. The new chalets are completed and look stunning, the tennis court is now an extra parking space, the seating terrace has been extended, and the lovely view spa with sauna by the lakeside is very impressive. The ever family and the reading team should be appreciative of what they have accomplished. The hotel has not lost any of it's warm and friendly ambiance, so we immediately felt at home. We reserved a panorama room on the hotel's roof, and the views from both balconies were breathtaking! Were amazing. The room was big and modern. From the wide variety at the buffet breakfast to the excellent a la carte menu in the evening, the cuisine was always to the highest standard. Hans Peter, Michael, Marcus, and Thomas were always available to meet the needs of their guests. The remainder of the team was also friendly and cheerful. It was difficult to leave such a wonderful place, and we can't wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves throughout our six days of performing and enjoying each minute! We felt at ease right away. The lovely employees, many of whom were relatives, were warm and welcoming. Our rooms were roomy, tidy, and cozy. The cuisine met the highest standards. Breakfast was delicious and offered a choice of tempting varieties, the buffet lunch was varied and tasty, and the six-course meal, which included a cheese and fruit salad buffet, was something to look forward to. Each family has thought of everything to make your vacation unforgettable, including offering rugsshawls if sitting on the patio in the evening. We enjoyed the lakeside garden's jetty, changing rooms, honesty bar, rowing boats, and tabletennis. The three of us, Frau ever, caroline, and Edith, were especially useful in providing suggestions for walks, day trips, and activities as well as translating! Without a doubt, we'll return. Thank you.

The area is second in our list of restaurants to stay in. There is a second hotel in the first row. It is excellent to have a lakeside room on the second level. The employees there are generally extremely kind and accommodating. The staff at the restaurant is also exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They offered breakfast, lunch, and pastries and coffee in the afternoon. If you weren't at the hotel at the time, there was also the option to get a lunch package. The garden was lovely to be on. On the erase, you have a chance to enjoy brunch and dinner. They provided a garage for our motorcycles, which was a major reason we chose this hotel. The reality was a little different. From both sides, the garage is open for free access. There are only seven cars in this garage. If visitors reserve a garage space, they are entitled to rent one. Motorcycles are limited by this restriction. During our visit, the half garage was mostly blocked by vehicles. The fact that you have a special spot to clean your bike is a plus. Overall, we can advise this hotel.
