Exceedingly helpful staff. Called and made reservations for us, and also did laundry. Room was spacious and clean with 10+ foot ceilings. Great location. Down sides were that no facial tissue was stocked, no in room safe, and the wall dispensers for soap were mounted squeeze bottles that required two hands to operate.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Lucca! The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations nearby. Super close to the market center but far enough away where you don’t have as much traffic. Room was huge for the three of us and the shower was spectacular. Be advised there is not an elevator so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage like we did, you might need some help bringing everything upstairs! Overall, an absolutely lovely experience and would 100% stay here again!
