The hotel was beautiful and perfectly placed! It was central enough that we could walk everywhere. Our room was spacious and we were thankful for the air conditioning as the heatwave arrived at the same time we did. The staff was very kind and helpful, too. It was very quiet and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Brugge!

We stayed in the Historic room on the ground floor. Beautifully designed with the old brickwork complementing the modern touches. The room had its own door to the street which was convenient. We had a nice breakfast in the dining room which had the same styling. I would recommend this hotel. It is a five minute walk from the main square in a quieter part of town. Great stay, beautiful hotel in central area of Bruges, a few steps away from Belfry tower. Staff were very friendly and made useful recommendations on Bruges activities. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.

Exceedingly helpful staff. Called and made reservations for us, and also did laundry. Room was spacious and clean with 10+ foot ceilings. Great location. Down sides were that no facial tissue was stocked, no in room safe, and the wall dispensers for soap were mounted squeeze bottles that required two hands to operate.
