Front desk staff were outstanding stored our bags from our early arrival. She also gave us suggestions of where to go in Brussels. Housekeeping were excellent as well. Would stay there again for sure. Walkable in the AM before it got over 30C

Fabulous from the moment we checked in. Check in was quick efficient and we had a room upgrade at no extra charge. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, incredibly spacious and pretty much perfect. The breakfast was the best I have experienced in a long time, everything was well cooked with quality ingredients throughout. Quality of the linen and toiletries was excellent. Honestly a fabulous experience from beginning to end.

The Pillows Hotel was perfect for us and our stay in a fantastic city. It is located in a great place, just a 5 minute walk from Gare Centrale, and so you can jump on a train to Ghent or Bruges or explore Brussels. The staff were so helpful and even our early check in didn’t cause a problem. I would fully recommend a stay at Pillows for a city break in Brussels!
