The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is just perfect, a minute's walk from the main touristic area.

Very polite , English speaking staff. Clean room, good wifi, excellent location. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Breakfast was good with vegetarian options. Staff helped me with cabs and directions, even offered me an umbrella for the rain. Would definitely stay here again and recommend as well to ithers

The hotel confirms that all rooms have air conditioning, but since the first room was given a fan, we had to ask for another. Without other rooms with air conditioning, this would have been a major problem. The room was a decent size, and the bed was extremely comfortable with crisp white linen. We had an incident where there was no hot water, and we reported this to the young receptionist, who just shrugged her shoulders, so we had to ask the manager. The water was turned off at night, apparently in every city, but there was no warning or instruction on this. During the evening, I needed a drink, so I went to the receptionist and she told her nothing was available despite the kitchen beeping. Some of the staff were very friendly and provided useful recommendations for places to visit.

My family and I were there. The location was excellent. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and there was free Wi-Fi and parking available. It is in the center of the city. Bacardi and Sybil can be reached in a short walk.

The hotel was quite basic, but the location was in a good area. The condition of the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the wifi functioned nicely. You will get a very basic furniture, no minibar, a minibar which occasionally works and not, a breakfast that makes you want to go outside and have a great pita at one of the nearby restaurants.
