The food is bad, the room is never cleaned during our stay. The employees are very confused. Some of them very rude including the owner of the place. No service of any kind. The furniture is in pretty good condition but it seems no one has ever fixed anything there. The shower was broken and most of the other things.

At least for us, a very nice hotel. The hotel is close to ski lifts and ski runs. They showed us the parking lot and the room, and they helped us with the luggage and ski equipment when we arrived. The lodge area is a pleasant place to relax, have a coffee and watch the fireplace. The facilities are also good. There would have been nice a tiny pool and sauna in the hotel. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, quite rustic, very clean and warm. The mattresses were really comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The food was also excellent. The cook, which I believe was the owner's wife, had no problems with that if we required particular food needs. That was a very nice lady indeed.

As part of a wonderful ski tour, we stayed at snjesko. The proprietor and staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. The place had a lovely log fire where bread was cooked, and it was sometimes good chicken for supper. All the meals were superb, with plenty of choices and large portions available buffet-style. The selection of drinks was also good and at a good price. The hotel is close to the slopes, just a short distance from the elevators and the slopes. There are also some nice bars and eateries near you that suggest the Katra Pizza at Katra! We had private en suite rooms, which were excellent for our stay. I would undoubtedly return and recommend it to others, and I would stay there again and recommend it.
