This place is very clean. The atmosphere in this room is very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. I had an issue with the fridge in my room and it was quickly fixed. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The breakfast options are very decent and delicious. The room is comfortable and the food is delicious.

Excellent location is the Avant Hotel. Special requests and late checkouts are easily resolved by management, which provides great service. The property is spotless and well-kept. towels and amenities are readily available for efficient cleaning. Private service taxis that stop outside the hotel are reasonably priced and provide excellent service. In the food and beverage department, the hotel is unlucky to fail. The pool bar, which is the only restaurant in town, is pricey and serves bland, flavorless, and cargo-loaded food. The breakfast buffet is poorly managed, with a lack of service staff that provides only the bare necessities! The breakfast items are subpar, and the proffessional chefs that prepare eggs a la minute need to buck up! Bacon is bland and overcooked, leaving sheds, eggs are oily, pastries are stale, and coffee is extremely cold. We wanted to support the hotel, but the cuisine is overpriced and below standard. Cake stands with covers are scarce, and the pantry selections are subpar and unappealing. Why not use cake stands with covers? The hotel's food and drink should step up!.

The hotel and the rooms had a tidy and welcoming atmosphere. The cafe near the reception is delightful, offering a lingering scent of coffee and baked goods. It is pleasant to enter the hotel and to admire the aesthetic. Due to the hotel's excellent central location, other locations in the area are easily accessible. It is located along a busy main road and is simple to locate. The accommodation was tidy, and all the essentials were provided. The rooms aesthetic is consistent with the hotel's entire decor. The space seemed spacious and warm. The outdoor pool bar provides a pleasant mix of seating options, including high tables and poolside sofa niches, as well as outdoor tes for watching sporting events. Trees and birds chirping make the environment enjoyable. The pool bar's menu was scarce, and many of the cocktails weren't prepared because they didn't have the ingredients. The pool bar personnel were a little late in responding to orders and even bringing the change. It was unfortunate that the buffet was closed at dinner as a result of couid on hotels generally. Although the meal selection options were a little limited, pool bar choices are rarely the widest selection. I'm hopeful that with couid protocols coming to an end, the service will improve to precovid standards.
