We had reserved one night from this Pousada as some better options based on application ratings. We were directed to our room, which was very basic. Not bad, but nothing great either. There was a note that the hotel would charge extra if we lay on the bed and sun lotion on our body. Then we checked the linen and they were very dirty. Yes, people go to Lencois Marenhenses from here so they have sun protection and sand in their body. It would be expected to change the linen frequently enough to get them almost clean. I understand a little dirt here and there. We requested new linen, but the lady said it was not possible, but we could look at another room. We went there and it was slightly larger and the linens were better, although not completely clean. The lady at reception did her best, I think the issue is with the owner who doesn't allow purchasing new linen frequently enough. Apart from that, this would be a good basic accommodation. You have decent room but no decoration and we believe the breakfast was good, contrary to some of the other comments. The problem is that you can find so many better places in Riberia with the same amount. For the and night in the town, we booked Pousada praise dos lencois, which was only i$ 8 more and much better. Overall, this was a great hotel, and I would stay here because the location is pretty central. I stayed here for two nights, and I have no major concerns about this hotel. Although it isnt a special hotel, it meets all of the crucial criteria. Positive aspects include a good location, a short walk to where the boat tour starts, and to the main road where restaurants and stores are located. The hotel has a working ac in the room, a lovely little balcony with a hammock, and friendly personnel but English is limited. There is plenty of room, and in the complex, there is clean parking. Cons Cons, the breakfast is limited and not particularly tasty, especially the juice, which wasnt really drinkable. It smelled like water but was colored in the ideal fruit color. Rp has described it as a nice breakfast, which is a little disappointing.

The room is clean and the pictures are honest about describing the place. Very clean, well located, and the staff very attentive and friendly. It's simple, but it's like expected. The breakfast is good considering the standard of the hotel. I recommend it if you're looking for a place to sleep and spending all day exploring the beautiful scenery around.
