Important Information for Guests Under 18 Years of Age:In accordance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 8.069/1990 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent), guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to check in to hotels unless accompanied by their parent(s) or a legal guardian.If a minor is accompanied by an adult who is not one of their parents or legal guardian, a written authorization signed by both parents must be presented at check-in. This authorization must be notarized and accompanied by certified copies of the parents' identification documents.All guests under the age of 18 are required to present a valid photo identification document proving their identity and their relationship to their parent(s) or legal guardian. This document must be presented even when the minor is accompanied by their parent(s).Payment PolicyPlease note that we do not accept reservations paid for with third-party credit cards. The credit card holder must be the same person named on the reservation. At check-in, the cardholder will be required to present: - The credit card used to make the reservation (physical card or digital card, where applicable); and - A valid photo identification document matching the name on the reservation and payment card.Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the reservation not being honored at check-in.
