I had a great time at Viren Palace. The hotel is located in a great location for the town, a 510 minute walk to the gondola and surrounded by places to hire ski equipment. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is of a great standard and the spa facilities are superb. Can't wait to go back to stay in the next place!

I visited the hotel with 2 families and we had 3 rooms. The 1 for 3 was really great, 2 others were bigger but average and the third was small and bad. There was a toilet with a shower on the flour, but no cabin or bathtub. Breakfast was ok but not for a 4 star hotel. Sadly we had chalk board and tried twice the food, which was lower than acceptable. This is the reason the last 2 days we tried the food in local taverns, which were great. Also going to the spa. Steam bath and sauna were very small, but the surprise for 2 ladies who have taken a massage and paid a decent amount of money was that no robe or slippers were provided. I think for the amount paid it should have been provided on the spot. The rooms were clean and towels were changed every day. On the other hand, there were details to fix, like flour that was damaged due to water, dirty spots on the carpet etc. 3 stars would be enough and of course lowering the prices.

My friend and I love the huge salad baked for dinner. Great hotel, conveniently close to the gondola station for ski travelers. Good variety of buffet dishes for all dietary requirements. The best thing about the hotel is the great ago spa. An absolute must for post-ski muscle recovery. My versilian masseuse was amazing. I am very particular about massage treatments and prefer deep, intense massages. He was amazing at easing the knots in my back, best massage ever. I would recommend scheduling an appointment with him, he is there till March 2020!.
