Kompleks yang sebenarnya indah ini cukup rusak. Tidak ada bar yang buka, Anda harus mendapat bir kaleng dari Seven Eleven untuk Malam Tahun Baru. Makanannya sangat panas, bahkan pada hari kedua, sehingga semua grup wisata menolak untuk makan. Anda harus menghindari hotel ini.

Hotel ini bergaya barat yang keren dengan nuansa megah. Ada kolam di tengahnya dan sepertinya Anda bisa mengadakan pesta makan malam di sebelahnya, tetapi orang Tionghoa membuat kebisingan hingga jam 11 pagi, mengganggu tidur saya. I stayed here while working in siem reap and it was great! The furniture is beautiful, the pool is great, the breakfast is delicious every day and the staff are friendly and helpful. When i arrived one of the lights wouldnt turn off i had trouble fixing it so i asked them to just loosen the bulb so it wouldnt keep me awake. When i returned to the hotel the next day, it had completely fixed! The water pressure of the shower was perfect and overall it was a welcoming and pleasant stay. Due to a lack of tourism, many lights arent working or arent being used, the gym hasnt been cleaned recently, there is no longer a pool bar and the fountain isnt used, none of these things impacted my stay.

The hotel boasts a pleasant location, boasting a spacious and expansive property. The lobby is a truly remarkable experience. The rooms are spacious, complemented by comfortable beds, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is stunning, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and the bathroom is nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and has many good choices. The tv is good, the location is good in a safe area of town. The lobby is comfortable and bright. The architecture is impressive.

As an american, i didnt think the breakfast was particularly good for me compared to other hotels ive stayed at on my trip. The staff was very kind and helpful. Siem reap is still very quiet - apparently not quite recovered from covid.

This lovely hotel offers a fantastic breakfast buffet with eggs, bread, and soup. There is a lunch and dinner menu. The customer service is excellent throughout the hotel.

The hotel is a little outdated, it is obvious. The grand staircase welcomes you when you first enter. We had no issues checking in. The staff was welcoming and extremely accommodating. We noticed a moldy odor when we were led to our room, but it wasnt too awful. However, we did discover that the room wasnt as clean as it appeared. We discovered roaches in the bathroom, which was a major concern for us. We didnt make a big deal out of it because we were only there for one night. In general, the breakfast was rather good. It is a great distance from angkor wat. We also want to thank the receptionist for allowing us to take a shower in their facilities after we had already checked out and toured angkor wat, which was fantastic. Because of the roaches and cleanliness, we probably wouldnt stay there again. However, overall, it is a passable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We also arranged our tours through them, it was good. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the placement of the electric points.
