Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thr shower water was not very hot. The hotel does need some renovations done and it's hard for seniors because there is no elevator even though it's only 2 floors. The rooms also could use more plug ins.

I gave this hotel of five star review mainly due to the staff and owners who are absolutely outstanding in their customer service! We did encounter issues that were dealt with immediately. The only suggestion we can make is it does need some updates but for the price it was a great Value! The full breakfast was amazing as well as the people serving it. If you're looking for a very economical place to stay that's quiet and you're treated like royalty this is your place.

My wife and I only stayed here one night, but we would definitely stay here longer. The staff are super helpful, anything we needed they did their best to help us. The beds are very soft and comfy, we got a great sleep, very quiet inside our room. They had also had AC in the room, worked great. There was also a pool and hot tub, and no one was using it, so very relaxing. My only issue was no change rooms, but there was a bathroom down the hall we could use. In the morning, a free hot breakfast was offered in the restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. Food was great, highly recommended to give it a try. The area itself was a bit shady, but we felt completely safe, even walked over to the Tim Hortons close by. There was plenty of shopping near the hotel.

The property was older but in hood shape. It was extremely clean & quiet! The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. My only minor complaint was the curtains were not blackout curtains and my room had a view of the restaurant. The free breakfast was great, I have an egg allergy & since breakfast was eggs, sausage, baccon & toast they were kind enough to substitute the eggs for more protein plus added a fruit bowl!! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

Check in was quick and the manager showed me my room after I finished the paperwork. Checking out was easy and efficient. The whole staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is older but had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I had a pet room for my dog and it was comfortable.

The only comment that we can offer is that the taps to the bathtub did not allow for any bath or shower activity, and than when the local maintainence man came and solved the constant drip/dribble/flow at the tub aps, the hot water supply to the sink was shut off - saved me a lot of washing up. Andlastly, my wife left her reading magnofier in a drawer in one of the cabinets in the room. Could that be forwarded to us for a fee?? Thanks Glen Sollid

The front desk manager, Adnan, was very helpful. He was able to get a room on the main floor for us. He was very nice, as were all the staff we had encountered with. The breakfast was very good, at the restaurant onsite. Very friendly people all around. I was disappointed that the pool was not operational, but that does not change the fact that I would stay here again.

Very clean room and clean hotel common area, staff very helpful, very close to all amenities including shopping mall, lots of free parking, excellent free large porton hot serving breakfast with beverages. Overall very good value for the price of the room.
