Check in was quick and the manager showed me my room after I finished the paperwork. Checking out was easy and efficient. The whole staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is older but had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I had a pet room for my dog and it was comfortable.

The only comment that we can offer is that the taps to the bathtub did not allow for any bath or shower activity, and than when the local maintainence man came and solved the constant drip/dribble/flow at the tub aps, the hot water supply to the sink was shut off - saved me a lot of washing up. Andlastly, my wife left her reading magnofier in a drawer in one of the cabinets in the room. Could that be forwarded to us for a fee?? Thanks Glen Sollid

The front desk manager, Adnan, was very helpful. He was able to get a room on the main floor for us. He was very nice, as were all the staff we had encountered with. The breakfast was very good, at the restaurant onsite. Very friendly people all around. I was disappointed that the pool was not operational, but that does not change the fact that I would stay here again.

Very clean room and clean hotel common area, staff very helpful, very close to all amenities including shopping mall, lots of free parking, excellent free large porton hot serving breakfast with beverages. Overall very good value for the price of the room.

The staff were so kind and very much helpful. All my special requests were all approved without any hesitations at all. We just stayed for a night with my baby and my husband, but we really enjoyed our stay. We also got a chance to use their pool which is also great coz' they have a hot tub area. Oh by the way, the pool water is also clean! The complementary breakfast was superb! This inn is really a rare find! Cheap but with excellent service!

The place is very old, but clean. It’s dated and could use some TLC, but did the job and let us get some sleep between our drive from Edmonton to Winnipeg. The woman working the front desk overnight May 17 was PHENOMENAL. So friendly, kind, and helpful.

The main draw here was the helpfulness of the staff, and especially Yasin. Everyone was so kind, aiming for above-and-beyond service. From the start, Yasin was warm and insisted that he was always available and eager to help if need be. He tried his best to memorize my name before long. What an outstanding guy, God bless him.

The place is good. But they have to bring some changes to the breakfast offerings. Right now it’s offering only Canadian breakfast with limited options. It should be buffet so that everyone can choose what they want.
