The location is really good. But, the building was outdated so they started building the new building the week after I checked out. Gym was closed due to the pandemic and there was no restaurant but the food was the best I could find in the area and it's not their fault.

This hotel is very good, we stay here for work, and they also welcome visitors by letting them know what they are doing and provide directions. The service is also very impressive.

I have to say. Before anything went crazy, I intended to see my family. So I reserved a room and went right down to London searching for a bed to sleep in. I received so much more, such as warm greetings from andrew at the front desk, and when I arrived at the bistro for a drink after a long day with my family. Andrew and Mike had me laughing and relaxing better than when I was at home. Andrew and Mike made me laugh more and relax more.

I will return! I recently stayed at the hotel with my grandchild, who was celebrating her fourth birthday. We were also having a very unfortunate family issue that I did not discuss, the aim was to remove her from that and give her a happy day on her birthday the bistro andrew and Mike were both wonderful with her. They did little things that meant the world to her. Paying attention to whether she ate her birthday meal, providing her with a cookie and then a chocolate cup cake for her day. She brought all sorts of shampoos and soaps because she wanted their own little ones because she is little. Cut up the chicken strips into nuggets so that she received exactly what she ordered even though nuggets weren't on the menu. Happy birthday to her and hello while navigating the lobby. They made this little girl forget the sad news we had received and focus on being a birthday girl! I appreciate the staff's outstanding care. The room was clean, quiet, nice, and warm. We had a great time and had a great time! Lisa.

Excellent recommendation. A lovely hotel that will make your stay enjoyable for any purpose. I chose to remain here again since I was on business, especially since of the following level of service. I was unaware I had cleanliness amenities even though I was unable to use the pool. The rest were fantastic. There was printing assistance that greatly assisted in increasing the number of parking spots, and the cost was reasonable. All major facilities, including restaurants, gas stations, highways, and retail, are close by, among others. My primary place is Costco.
