The staff at GBH are amazing . Clovis at check in the restaurant staff ( Brini) all of them made our stay memorable. The grounds offer a feel of seclusion which was lovely. While the rooms were a bit tired it is still one of the best spots in Collingwood ! The people there are amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating.. the front desk staff came with us to show us the barbeque area instead of just directing us. The outdoor pool was very pleasant. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in Collingwood..

We have been staying at this hotel for the last two years. We love that fact this property is located in a strategic location (close to everything we need ) and, at the same time, is very secluded and quiet. The price was also good, considering we booked a suite with a full kitchen and a balcony. Even with the renovations going on in some areas, we had a memorable stay. The indoor pool and a recently renovated exercise room were in excellent condition and well maintained. All staff members were friendly and efficient! The only complaint we had was their choice of in-room coffee: we had to buy it from the local restaurant which was also not the best. Being coffee lovers, we depend on a good cup of coffee in the morning. Overall, is was an excellent stay!

I had a one night stay at the hotel whilst visiting Blue Mountain Village. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and I had a very peaceful night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay over whilst visiting the area.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Out King suite was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking our own meals. The indoor and outdoor pools were warm and refreshing. A great place to stay!

Great room overlooking the pool area. Very lush property with great landscaping. Excellent location. 10 minutes to the Blue Mountain village. 10 minutes to Downtown Collingwood. Lots of shopping and restaurant options locally. The facility has been renovated with Wyndham the purchaser. The restaurant food in the hotel was excellent. I enjoyed our two night getaway. Would definitely go back. Great room rates for this standard. My negative observations were as follows. The renovation was a tremendous improvement but you can see areas where the budget was considered. The re-use of some furniture in the rooms, walls ere painted but in areas you could see remnants of the old colour. The rooms have the world's smallest bathrooms. The restaurant in the hotel was never busy but the one night I planned on eating dinner there I could not get a table...even though it was not busy...due to a staffing issue. We ended up going to the village instead. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but we were never inconvenienced. The Gym was new and amazing with brand new equipment. The tennis court was tired and definitely not to a standard for regular players. OVERALL THE HOTEL AND STAFF MADE FOR A GREAT GETAWAY ! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !
