very good breakfast room on the 16th floor with a huge view of the city. Note that the check-in is on the 3rd floor. This threw us off initially. Great restaurant on the first floor (nice menu) - Underground parking is secured and can only be entered with your room key which means you need to check in before you can go to underground parking spot. Also not a big deal because someone can stay with the car while the other checks in and gets the key.

As a fairly new hotel...it had everything modern and working. My only downside was them not having a regular iron :). The steamer doesn't take all those creases out. Those rooms are huge!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We booked a total of 5 rooms for our entire family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations. We also loved the facilities. The gym was well-equipped, the pool was fantastic, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The bar was another highlight of our stay. The atmosphere was inviting, and the drinks were expertly prepared and delicious, making it a great place to unwind in the evenings. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was its breathtaking architecture and beautifully designed interiors. Every area of the property reflected elegance and attention to detail, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—helpful, cordial, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with a good selection on everything we tried tasted great. Parking was another big plus there was always parking available, which made getting in and out very convenient. The hotel is in a good location, especially for travelers coming from the airport making it easy to get there quickly. One standout moment was when the owner of the hotel , came to introduce herself, checked in with us and made sure we left comfortable and taken care of. They have an indoor pool , a really nice clean gym overall everything was handled well. The service was welcoming and we left feeling confident we made the right choice. We’ll definitely go back again and we highly recommend this place to others. 💯

Overall, an incredible hotel with amazing staff. The rooms and main areas were very clean, bright and fresh. We were extremely impressed with the breakfast and staff, shout out to Ric and everyone who helped me with my Gluten Free needs. They were very knowledgeable about what was safe to eat and prepared GF bread in a separate toaster.m in the kitchen. I will say, it would not be 100% celiac safe as it is a buffet style but I’m sure the staff would go above and beyond if needed. We were amazed that the owner of the hotel was at breakfast on the weekend going around and making sure everyone was pleased with their stay. She was so friendly and attentive, we were surprised by this level of service! I would recommend this hotel every time to anyone who asked. My only recommendation is to have a place to put things in the shower/ bathroom. We were in a corner room and our sink/counter were outside of the bathroom. There was absolutely nowhere to set our toiletries for our shower. There isn’t even a small shelf in the shower itself. It would be beneficial to have a shelf in the shower and a few hooks/a table outside of the shower for towels, clothes and individual shampoos, soaps, etc. This is being very picky of course but something that was extremely noticeable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay though! Thank you!

The staff were truly amazing and made our stay so special for me and my boyfriends anniversary. We got to chat with staff and they greeted us daily. They set up a nice surprise with a card, champagne and cheesecake after we explained why we were staying. They were so warm and welcoming! I will definitely be back again to stay with them, it was truly so amazing and we could’ve have asked for a better anniversary.

Perfect stay. Lovely front desk staff, spacious clean modern rooms. Terrific breakfast with lots of choices. Ric does a great job making sure breakfast is well stocked and fresh. The La Rouge restaurant on site is a nice place to have dinner as well.
