If you want old school charm...this is the place to go. It's a beautiful setting overlooking the river in Bracebridge. There are beautiful seating areas and the rooms all have balconies that look over the river. It's quiet, serene, peaceful. Although they don't have cable, they do have Netflix! Breakfast was included (which is rare these days) and it was a beautiful arrangement of basics (nothing hot except your toast or a bagel) but there was plenty there to start your day off with a full stomach! Highly recommend!

Very nice place I would stay there again. Parking can be a bit tricky later in the day. Overall, a very nice place to stay staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast is anything you get at any other hotel. The room was nice kept clean. We did not hear people in the hallway which I was a little bit worried about. It was very quiet. They have a nice patio. You can sit outside and look at the water. We did not try the on-site restaurant, but it did smell good and had quite a few people eating there overall I would stay here again.

I travel quite a lot and have stayed at many of the major hotel brands over the years. While browsing for accommodations, I came across the Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge based on its excellent reviews. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The property has been beautifully maintained, and it's evident that great care has been taken to preserve its history and character over the years. It's refreshing to stay somewhere that offers such a unique blend of heritage, charm, and comfort. The attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the property's original character made our experience even more memorable.

This property has a lot of charm. It’s a very old building ,with a lot of history. Very clean and well kept .The staff were lovely. The grounds are pretty. It’s in a very cute area with a couple really nice restaurants close by. Griffin pub I believe and The Station. Also an Italian restaurant right on the property with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast was very nice touch with a beautiful seating area. The rooms were very reasonably priced we would definitely stay again.
