This is a private and tidy motel with all the conveniences, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. They have a friendly owner, clean and reasonably priced, even having a couple of boys for the guests to use. It's a 30-minute drive from Algonquin Park East Gate.

This is a pleasant place to stay. The room is clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful countryside, looking forward to returning and using the 4 wheeling trails, guided tours are available right behind the motel.

We didn't plan to stay overnight in Barry Bay, but this motel was reasonably adequate. Pleasant owners and home made scrambled eggs breakfast was a bonus. We enjoyed a good dinner nearby at vito recommended by the owner.

This motel has the best view and best owner. This motel is very clean. Breakfast is excellent! We stayed two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Mark is a great guide if you want to go on a back road tour.

I believe this to be the best motel ever. I'm in search of land to buy, the resort accommodations either want too much for what they offer, or the rooms are set in a movie. Mountain view motel, beautifully landscaped, first motel I've ever seen that's fully bricked and well-maintained, storm windows with options to open, and incredible bathroom window. Nestled in the hills and valleys, this is what I want in this area. I give it a perfect score. If you want a warm country setting, this is the place to go. You can't ask for more, peace, yeah, how not travelled as your main why. Plenty of places to explore. In fact, I don't want to leave.
