Staff was exceptional and accommodating. This is one of the best hotels for viewing the falls, illumination & the fireworks. Stayed in the Executive Suite king bed with Sleeper sofa. Was on the top floor. . . absolutely fabulous large room with great views. Hotel valet parking staff was tremendous, friendly and professional. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the waterfalls from our room. The room itself was clean, and the maintenance was top-notch. However, the couch wasn't foldable, making it difficult for our family of three adults and two children to stay comfortably. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious food to suit all tastes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever return to Niagara Falls.

At the time of checking in the first clerk did not want to help us because we use tap on my phone for credit cards and one clerk said it was nothing she can do and they did not have tap tap and we said we travel from the US to Canada and another clerk stepped up and helped out and come to find out they did have tap that was the only problem other than that, everything was great they even upgraded our room.

First time to Niagara Falls. Exceptionally well located hotel with wonderful falls views. We had a room located on the eighth floor. Floor to ceiling windows. From the bed, it looked like you were staring at the ocean. As you approach the window, you had a full on view of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Great shower! Easy walk to Table Rock. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. Parking is expensive but easy access to rental car was important to us.

This was an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful with a full view of the falls, and the parking was easy. We were also happy we could keep our car there the next day after checking out so we could tour the falls. You won’t be let down with this place!
