I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Toronto Centre (on The Esplanade), and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. It provided the perfect relaxing environment after a long day of exploring downtown. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure everything was good, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. One of the highlights for me was the location. It is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything downtown Toronto has to offer. I felt completely safe and secure walking in the area, even in the evening. The food at the hotel was excellent—definitely worth trying if you stay here. Additionally, the parking situation was completely stress-free, which can be a rarity in the downtown core. Overall, it was a 5-star experience in every regard. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Toronto!

Great location close to the water and tons of restaurants and the St. Lawrence market. Would have been nice to be able to connect my laptop to the TV but couldn’t get that to work. But it was fine because I just watched soccer anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The staff were all very friendly. We had a Junior Suite with King Bed and were impressed with the uniquely shaped room. The bed was clean and comfortable and we liked having the little sitting area by the window. We loved the large bathroom a d shower - it had a hand held shower, a regular shower head as well as a rain shower. The location was great as well - 15 min walk to Union Station and approximately 5 min more to Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. The buffet breakfast had your usual scrambled eggs (with chives!), home fries and bacon/sausage. It also had fruit, yogurt and granola cups, pastries, muffins and bread. The staff were also very pleasant and efficient. There are also several restaurants within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay at Novotel again.

Was in town for a Jays game and stayed at Novotel for 2 nights. Had room on 6th floor with two Queen beds. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Room was clean. Sixth floor is where gym and pool are located. Gym was large with options for cardio (bike, treadmills), free weights, and pulley system. Change room has sauna. Hot tub beside indoor pool. Pool about 4.5-5 feet depth throughout. Parking was $40 per night in an underground garage. No breakfast included in stay. Great location with pub and restaurants across the street and about a 15-20 min walk to the Roger’s Centre. Would stay here again.

We had such a blast here celebrating my twins’ 8th birthday. The guest services team worked with me to put a cake and balloons in the room for us! The breakfast was delicious (loved the mini smoothies) and the room was clean. I would 100% come back here next time we are in Toronto.

Staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was comfortable, clean with very comfortable bed. We were located at the back overlooking a car park but very quiet. Good location to get to Union Station and Subway as well as 10-15 min walk to CN tower, Ripley's aquarium, harbour front, distillery district, Lawrence market. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to get too excited about. Fair range of items which were generally kept stocked up. Room had fridge, safe, large TV and quiet a/c. Pretty good black out curtains too. Didn’t use the pool, etc so can't comment on those. Be happy to stay here again if need to be in the area.
