This hotel exceeded expectations. The room with a couch and mini kitchen was comfortable, luxurious and clean. We had a fabulous view of Toronto and the location was perfect for sight seeing all of downtown. The staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely return. The staff is always welcoming. A word of caution at check-in: parking is limited, so be prepared if you’re arriving during a busy time. The rooms were cute, clean, and modern. We would recommend booking a room on the outer side of the building, as the interior rooms don’t get much natural light. Even so, our room was comfortable and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the good selection of pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and functional. The sauna and hot tub were very nice amenities. Overall, we had an amazing stay and are already looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other room options.

Great place to stay in Toronto! Large & clean rooms/suites; wonderful jacuzzi on rooftop; very enjoyable bar/restaurant in lobby; and the staff were amazingly friendly & helpful!

The staff were great and help our group get settled in with an early check-in. The team helped get all of our luggage to our rooms quickly. We reserved 2 rooms and they both were perfect. There was one 'bump in the road' but the staff stepped up and the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The luggage storage at the concierge was a great option after check-out, so we could continue exploring Toronto until we were ready to leave. We look forward to staying with One King again soon.

First time staying at One King West Hotel in Toronto. The staff were friendly and kind. They were also very accommodating to make our stay a memorable one! The room was spacious, clean and had a decent view from the 35th floor. In unit kitchenette with the cooking essentials was a nice bonus. Being located in downtown made it easy to navigate around. The hotel bar - Teller's Bistro & Bar has many different food options for all hours of the day with a variety of different drinks/cocktails to choose from. Decent pricing in comparison to other restaurants nearby. Overall I was very impressed with my stay at One King West and would definitely recommend anyone to consider it as part of their stay in Toronto! Thanks again for everything!
