Our room was recently renovated and smelled fresh and new. It faced the harbor. H th e housekeeping staff we ran into in the hall were so nice and gave us extra water and coffee. They were exceptionally nice and made us feeel very welcome.

We had a beautiful room on the 18th floor. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean during our four night stay. Bartenders were so nice and friendly. Front desk staff was also friendly and helpful with suggestions about the area.

We loved our four night stay at the Pinnacle before our Alaska cruise. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Vancouver. The water view from our balcony was amazing. We loved watching the sea planes takeoff and land. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.

We didn’t spend much time in the hotel in between all our other activities in Vancouver, but is was a very comfortable place to return to each night. It is walking distance to Canada Place and train stations, and has plenty of options for eating nearby.

I booked Pinnacle because it was one of the more affordable options over weekend that was going to be very expensive in Vancouver overall I was very satisfied the room was nice large and mostly clean the hotel is showing its age everything is a little dated from the rugs to the doors Etc but that was fine and I can see that they are planning Renovations so I'm sure it will be better in in the near future breakfast was great I really enjoyed the restaurant area and the staff were very kind to us and our young daughter I would stay again as the location was very Central

Stayed in one of the newly renovated, ocean view rooms on the 17th floor and it was well worth the upgrade! Staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. 12/10 would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in us finding our way around the city. The food at the Bistro was great. The waiter was very nice as was the bartender. The room was nice and we could see the port from our room. Watch the plane take off on the water watch the boats. See the mountains.
