Great location. Very clean room as well as the kitchen and rest of the property. Breakfast was presented with plenty of options and very fresh food! Really can’t say anything bad about our stay at all!

David was super kind and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. It is a very nice heritage property full of personality. It is in a very good location. Parking can be an issue but the owner is very helpful about that. I'd stay there again.

The owners, David and Helen, were so friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful. Our room was perfect. Location was perfect - close to everything -walking distance to the whole town. Breakfast was outstanding! Check in was easy. I highly recommend the Prince street suites!

My stay was exceptional. I have yet to find owners as caring, considerate, and personable as they were. For the 2 week stay it felt like a home. The breakfast in the morning was a great change up from a typical continental breakfast, I particularly liked the fruit and bagels they offered. The parking was no issue for the days I decided to rent a car and they even had a box near the front door in case I needed to park on the street. The room was clean and the bedding was warm. I particularly enjoyed this since I enjoyed my room cold. There was access to a personal ac unit that made my stay nice and comfortable. The anti-fog mirror was nice touch so I could get ready right after a warm shower. The decor through the whole place was a spectacle. I could spend a whole day enjoying the art throughout. My room was beautifully decorated with just enough art to be elegant while not being overwhelming. I thank the these hard working people for providing me a beautiful stay, while enjoying the wonderful Charlottetown.

The owners Helen and David were wonderful hosts and were very attentive and genuinely happy to be our hosts. Breakfast was lovely,the best we have had on the trip and the breakfast items were of a good variety and fresh. The best continental breakfast we have experienced. Parking was free and readily available. We love the vibe of the home and would have no problem recommending it. Location is ideal.

I loved my stay at Prince Street Suites, a charming small hotel in a heritage building in downtown Charlottetown. My room had been recently renovated and contained everything I needed: a small bathroom and shower, a desk where I could work, and a very comfortable bed. I was impressed by the high quality renovation. David was a warm and friendly host and went out of his way to help by printing documents I needed for my trip. The morning breakfasts, included in my stay, provided a wide range of options, including excellent coffee and fresh fruit, to start my day. Prince Street Suites was one of the highlights of my stay in Charlottetown. I hope to be back!

David and Helen were friendly and welcoming. They had prepared a very comfortable room for us. The room was beautiful and the whole house was uniquely decorated and cozy. The had a lovely parlour. The garden had beautiful flowers that are still blooming and provided some privacy for our windows . Breakfast spread was lovely with fresh berries , breads, muffins, and cereals . Its location is also within walking distance of lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Just a perfect place to call home base in Charlottetown.

This 5 star review begins with David and Helen who are amazingly friendly and thoughtful hosts. Where else will your hosts drop coins in the parking meter for you? The room was comfortable and well appointed for connecting our various electronics. The breakfast was excellent for a contintental breakfast (though no hot foods - my only suggestion for improvement). The location is excellent for walking around downtown and to a great selection of restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Prince Street Suites is a Heritage hotel. Although the interior, lobby and stairs going to the second floor are a little tight (being an old structure, the rooms are well-appointed and clean. The hotel is run by a charming Chinese couple who made sure everything is in order. The breakfast, which includes fresh fruits, is a definite plus. We’ll consider staying here again should we another visit to PEI in the future.
