So the first room had a strange smell to it and the bathroom door was locked and the doorknob damaged. we managed to unlock it to find that the toilet wasn’t flushed. We talked to the front desk and he was very nice and offered to switch our room right away. The new room was much nicer and we had a good sleep. Seems like a lot of the hotel is being renovated.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels were threadbare and there were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. There is no elevator - no serious complaints but mediocre at best.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bed was not clean upon arrival, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Only two small towels were provided in the room, which was insufficient. The shower mixer was broken and difficult to use, and the bathtub curtain had a strong unpleasant smell, making the bathroom experience uncomfortable. Overall, the room was not properly maintained, and the stay did not meet even basic expectations. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Room had no cups. None. Not drinking cups. Not Coffee cups. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee mugs, and certainly no coffee or tea to make in the coffee maker. The ice machine on my floor was not active, and there were no vending machines. the pillows on the bed were very limp and not comfortable at all. The jetted tub in the room worked, but the jets were not high powered. While I recognize that everything was clean, it was one of the more bizarre hotel experiences I have ever had.

On paper the location of the Inn seemed decent. As my cab pulled up to the drop off area there were two people sitting on the ground next to the doorway, they appeared to be intoxicated. Someone knocked on my door during the night and tried to unlock the door. Not the best experience I've had at a hotel.

They were very strict about the 3:00 check in and provided very little in amenities. Upon check out if you didn't ask for a receipt they didn't offer one. As far as towels they put to face towels in the bathroom, if you want to shower you have to go ask for bath towels. Certainly not a place Would recommend or return to.

First room we got put in had many hairs on the bedding and the swing bar door lock was broken. The second room we were put in the A/C did not work and the bedding had multiple large stains.

Although the room was clean, the building was very dirty and smelled so bad. The location is good but there were so many homeless people around I stayed over for 4 nights and all I got in my room was: 2 facial bar, 2 daily pack of shampoo, 2 medium towels. Housekeeping was per request/ charge. There is no resident staff after working hours. There’s only one staff at a time in building They charges me $210 for deposit, which was refunded but I never paid more than a $100, even in great hotels. If you want to choose this place, just consider everything.

The price was the best of a bad lot. Even cheap hotels with no amenities feel free to gouge. They charge the maximum for a security deposit. The single employee at the desk was very accommodating, but for a poor business. Everything looked clean, we hope it really was. In a room with 2 queen beds, there was 1 skinny “towel” (rag, really) in the bath. No bath mat. No cups provided for teeth brushing or drinking. Telephone was a broken ancient model so we couldn’t call for our needs. No hangers in the closet, but 2 ironing boards. Locks on the rooms are wonky, but there is an additional way to secure the room. (We had been “upgraded” from a room which had a very loose door lock.) Worst - both electrical outlets in the room were loose so plugs didn’t engage in them securely, thus hearing aids weren’t operating the next morning. A light attached to a wall tv right across from the bed was on all night. We are fine with basic, but too many basics were missing. Less than 1 star!

Unfortunately we checked in but didnt stay longer than 10 minutes. When we checked over the room, we looked at the bedding and there were red and yellow stains in different spots on both comforter and sheets. It looked like the floors were not swept/cleaned in the bathroom. We felt very uncomfortable and did not stay here. We requested a refund and have yet to see that back on my card..

The establishment was filthy; only one small towel for 2 people; paint peeling off the walls; no glasses, no cups, no coffee for the coffee machine; poor hospitality; bad odours.....this establishment looks nothing like the pictures published on the web...a real dive...an overall disastrous experience....we left within an hour of arriving and had to find other accomodations on our own at the last minute.....I can't believe hotels.com allows this establishment to use their website to attract potential customers (victims).

there was a musty smell and our room showed signs of water damage. Staff were not outgoing, no breakfast even though the sign outside said so. No coffee for the rooms. not enough funiture in the room for more thatn 1 person, two towels, no water cups. just awful

Very sketchy hotel. Parking lot was dark, full of potholes and Uhaul trucks. Front desk was not helpful or friendly. I didn't even stay as the reviews were so terrible. Do not book here.

We didn’t even stay - place was sketchy, person at the desk was rude and barely said a word. Their “secure” entry was pretty much broken and we were stuck outside twice - we didn’t even look at the room - left based on crackheads in the parking lot, and we felt super unsafe. They also say pet friendly - charge you a fee(understandable) and then tell you the dog is not allowed on the bed or furniture - because it will make the sheets dirty - worst experience ever!!
