At the beginning of our stay was not what we had paid for the reservation. What they said, it was full! But later the staff got to us a way better suit with so many ammenities. After that, no regrets we spend a really good time in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic!

My room didn't have a beautiful view from the window (all I saw was the garage) but I didn't care at all. There was plenty of awesome views throughout my trip. The room was and bathroom were very clean, and most importantly, it was quiet! Also, there were pull down blinds to block out outside light at night (very important because the garage is bright all night long). The views from the restaurant on the 10th floor was awesome! Breakfast was included and there was quite a bit of variety, even made to order omelets. One neat thing was the hotel texted me to make sure I was happy with their services shortly after I arrived. I used the texts to ask which Wi-Fi was the reliable one. They responded promptly and with with the password. Also, they had a large flat screen Smart TV. I was able to log into my YouTube account with my Smart phone. Then, when I left, I easily singed out of the TV's YouTube account. Super easy. Brock Hotel was a good deal for me.

Room and hotel were very clean with modern decor. My only complaint was it being advertised as self parking but it is actually a $50 set fee for the parking.

The hotel was beautiful! The view of the falls was nice and we watched the fireworks from our room. I booked a room with 2 double bed and it was advertised with a balcony through Expedia, there is no such room at this hotel. Expedia was less than helpful and blamed the hotel. I gave up trying to do anything about it and figured we would just take the room assigned to us. I explained to Aaron at check-in what happened and he upgraded us to a king room with a view of the falls, I didn’t even ask. He was very accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel again but I will never use Expedia again. This was the first and last time.

Great experience at the brock. Staff and food (breakfast) was amazing. Only thing id like to note, which does not change my opinion, is that u need better lighting in the rooms and an outlet/light closer to the mirror in the room for getting ready. The lighting was aweful and there was no functional outlet near the mirror and the bathroom had no where to get ready at, no lighting and no counter. But I still would have stayed here lol, loved the balcony so much.

The Brock has an older, more refined atmosphere that lends itself to the fantastic surroundings. Most importantly, the unobstructed view of bother the American and Canadian falls from my hotel. I swear, I didn’t eat the first day I was there. In such awe of the power of nature, I smooth forgot. Whoops!

The room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was delicious with many choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only issue is that our shower in the room was insanely small- like a closet. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
