I was checked in late because the staff was finishing clearing the room , however they were kind enough to give me an additional 1 to check out . Great view and easy access to everything. I would definitely recommend and be back

No wifi or parking with this unit. Only one set of keys and door FOB for unit. Place was clean and comfortable, but building itself is in a bit of disrepair and there is no onsite front desk to call for assistance if you encounter an issue.

Wrong address was given. After finding parking I then found out the actual address was 1/2 mile away. Bed was lousy. Everything else was great. Safe. Clean. Perfect location.

The location was excellent. The unit was very clean unfortunately we had problems getting into the unit and locking the door when we left as the key does not work properly. The unit is quite small and difficult to get around with more than one person in the room. Unfortunately, the bed was very, very soft.

I was contacted by a third party for the check-in process, which required security deposit using am emailed link. I still haven't received my reimbursement. The images and communication and how to check in and out was quite poor. Further, the blinds in the bedroom were broken and missing in some places, making the room very bright and loud at night. Impossible to sleep. Blackout curtains and a noise machine are badly needed. I would not book or stay here again.

I felt that the communication was terrible! I never got a proper Adress and toured my destination on foot for 3 hours before Expedia found the owner and was given my information for him to call me and guide me, it was actually the worst experience I’ve had since beginning my travels which has been a long time, the rooms cleanliness were by my standards below average

A plan and simple bait & switch that was passed off a computer glitch. 1. We booked a 2 night stay at a specific address to be close to the hockey/basketball with my 2 children. 2. Toronto Union sent multiple directions and images for the address - Looked to be a simple process. 3. We attempted the day before our arrival for a possible early check in - we were told to check back the next day. 4. We attempted at noon of our check in day of to see if it might be possible to check in early. Was told not an option - fine enough. 5. We arrived at the address we booked - at 4pm check in. The key box did not work after attempts. Toronto Union told us to keep trying... after repeated attempts they asked where we were? They informed us at 4:30 that our apartment was now in another building down the street??? I had already parked the car for $15 and now had to move the car into traffic when the baseball game was letting out. ... 6. At the new building - the parking garage door did not work after repeated attempts - I was told to refer to emails....after which they then had me contact the security who opened the door - the fob certainly didn't not work. 7. The new buildings the elevator had broken down - and was told this happens often by other tenants. We were on Floor 49 - we were able to get floor 36 and had to walk the remaining floors with a 10 & 8 year olds and luggage. And of course the room was not ready on our arrival - I could go on....and we missed the game.

The view and the location are excellent. Clean, but only on a basic level - not at a "guest stay" level. Dust/hair/general dirt behind doors and along baseboards, very old/dried up kitchen sponge for cleaning (the only one), flattened/old pillows, laundry left in machine, etc. The apartment is pretty tired - paint eroding along baseboards and on doors, damaged tabletop, obvious wall patches from holes in several spots, one "barn door" was off its mooring and resting on the wall with obvious damage to its tracking system, etc. Concierge responded quickly, was polite and tried to help every time, but was not knowledgeable about the property. This made check in a long process, and not a simple one. Check in: parking directions are incorrect; apartment location in both Google and Apple are incorrect (sent us several blocks away); key retrieval system is problematic, (incidentally, key return is clunky too - there are two different sets of directions for key check out - one in email correspondence, another in an info binder in the apartment); front desk security is surly and impolite (all of them); apparently, elevators are consistently broken - on our arrival, only one of the three was operational, making for a 15 minute wait for an elevator, then, because a crowd had gathered to wait, we had to board an over-loaded elevator car. At this price point for the city, it's about right. But you do get what you pay for. I've stayed at much better apart-hotels in Toronto.

Check in was difficult. They requested a large deposit when there’s barely that value of furniture in the condo. I had to ask twice to return the deposit. Waiting for the elevator was painfully long. They asked that I dispose of my own trash otherwise I could be charged. If I forgot anything there would be shipping charges with an additional very large fee. I was unable to leave my luggage at the reception for a couple of hours. The mattress was easily the worst I’ve ever slept on and the pillows smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was tiny and both the drain for the shower and sink were clogged. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to do so. I strongly advise against staying here.

This accommodation changed my location without prior consultation. Made false claims about contacting me. And the new location was so far from the venue I had tickets to that I missed the show.
