The location was great for us and where we needed to be . Very close to many nice restaurants, shopping, etc… all within walking distance. Staff were good and we thought it was great considering that they have not been open that long. We would stay there again, and it had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and the space was generous!

This hotel has a lot of growing pains to overcome before it meets the standard of service I've come to expect from most good hotels. In particular ,I made arrangements with the assistant manager a week in advance that I required a room on the first floor and assistance in getting into our room. When we arrived we were presented with a 5th floor room. They were short staffed and do it took a half hour before we were able to get assistance to get into our room. The next day we asked for our bed to be made. That never happened. IIn short , the left hand wasn't aware of what the left hand was doing.

I never checked in to this hotel. We called to confirm debit or cash was accepted as deposit before booking. Was told no cash, debit will be okay. Check in is at 3pm. I arrived 3:15 and no one was at the counter so an employee leaving her shift put her stuff down and helped us, was told room is still dirty. I asked if we’re early and she said guarantee check in is 4pm. We left, came back at 4pm. Line up was out the door because the horrible employee at the desk had no idea what she was doing. About 2 hours of waiting in line in the lobby goes by and when I finally got to the front desk she said no debit for deposit. We explained we confirmed in the morning she acted like we were speaking another language. She refused to help, we asked for a refund, she refused. We asked for the managers name and contact info and she refused that too. She then called someone from her cell phone named Walid who was pretending to be the manager. He arrived and said do not worry you will get your money back, then proceeded to call the police which I already called. This was the worst service I ever had at a hotel. They said go through Expedia for refund and when I did, they denied it on their end with Expedia as well. LIARS & INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Thank you to Expedia for correcting their horrible error. Will never stay at anything owned by IKRAM PROPERTIES from now on.

Nous n'avons pas eu de chambre, ils avaient over-booked. Nous avions pourtant une confirmation de hotel.com Nous étions trois famille dans la même situation. Mais super service de l'autre hotelde l'autre côté de la rue,le Hampton
