Good sized and well laid out suites and great proximity to Sidney and the ferries, airport and Hwy. Enjoyed watching planes landing and taking off. Rooms are well insulated from aircraft noise. Pool was fun for the kids. No hot tub but fitness room was excellent by hotel standards. Good hot breakfast selection and all staff were friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

The lady that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. I wish I got her name. The hotel looked brand new and was only a few minutes drive from the airport. Concerns are was that mattress in the pull out coach felt very thin compared to their pull outs that we have slept on. So that bed was not very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was insufficient each time the workers brought out food it would be enough for only a few people and other guests would have to wait. I felt really bad for the breakfast staff as it was not their fault, the kitchen was not equipped to handle the number of guests. I was told they only had one oven. To me is seemed they were just heating up frozen pre packaged eggs from Costco. So the hot food was disappointing for me and they never replenished the cut fruit as they may have run out or just did not have the time as they were working so hard to refill the hot food little by little. Even under all the pressure they must have felt, the breakfast staff were lovely and did their absolute best. As for the cold food, drinks and coffee they were excellent .We especially enjoyed the coffee machine that made lattes and top tier hot chocolate. Fitness centre and pool were great. I also want to share that whenever I passed by hotel staff, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. This hotel is about 35 minute drive to Victoria.

This hotel is brand new and looks nice. Breakfast was also nice but quite busy. No croffles/ pancakes/ waffles as advertised. The gym is solid. Only complaint for our one night stay is the pullout couch is super budget and uncomfortable. You can feel the bars through the mattress. Definitely wish we had booked the 2 queens room instead of a king & pullout.

Excellent, clean hotel with amazing service from all staff! Weirdly, the hotel doesn't have access from either of the 2 main roads. Take the roundabout and side road to get there. Nice, close drive to the ferries. Hot, daily breakfast was great! Pool was a bit cool, and no hot tub either but we knew going there that they didn't have one. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sidney! If Victoria is your destination though this is a bit of a drive away, anywhere from 25 minutes to about 45 depending on traffic.

We were fortunate to stay in this brand-new building, which is perfectly designed for travelers who land, need a convenient place to crash, and take off the next morning. It doesn’t try to be an over-the-top luxury resort, but instead nails the essentials with a bright, cheery atmosphere and unbeatable affordability compared to surrounding hotels. The staff were incredibly welcoming. We loved the handy lobby map showing distances to local stores, and having access to a gym with the necessities, a basic pool, and travel laundry machines was a huge plus. The room was quiet (no plane noise until 6:30 AM), well-lit, and had individual climate control. It features a comfy couch, functional work desk, plenty of charging plugs, and a spotless, very comfortable bed with great pillows. The kitchenette was well-supplied, and they even post a sign letting you know you can borrow extra gear (like a blender or rice maker) from the front desk. The bathroom had everything we needed, including a brilliant design touch: the shower faucet is on the entrance wall instead of under the shower head, so you don't get blasted with cold water when you turn it on. Thanks for the great experience being back on home soil! Highly recommended.

Clean, new, modern, and staff were very accommodating. Ensured I had a special complimentary gluten free breakfast in the morning. Although it was next to the airport, I only heard 2 planes go over in the 3 nights I was there. Only a 5 minute straight drive to Sydney harbor, shops and restaurants. Would stay again.
