The place looks clean and modern. The location is right next to the stores. Easy to walk around. The breakfast quality is good. There was bacon but the coffee was separate charge. I did not book with breakfast included, therefore I paid separately.

We checked in with the assistant of Antonio, as well as Kim and Sandy. Antonio and the two ladies were super friendly and extremely helpful. They’re all an example of how things like this are done perfectly. The room we got (Room 1018) was absolutely perfect. It was on the top floor, comfortable and very generous in size. With expansive views of the town’s entertainment area, the US Falls, all the way across to Fallsview Casino and beyond. We paid for an included breakfast, which was decent with lots of hot and cold food options. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Well done Vittoria Hotel. And again thank you to Antonio, Kim and Sandy. You’re all a testament of how guest services should be done properly, professionally and with that rare and special human touch. You helped to make our Engagement celebrations very special. Thank you!

Walkable to the Skylon tower and Niagara Falls. Had to park off-site which is a couple of blocks away.

Everything about our stay was excellent. ROOM: Clean, fresh, spacious, modern, up-to-date, great view. STAFF: Very friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST: Cannot rate because we did not eat there. We left early. AMENITIES: Lots of towels, adequate soap, conditioner, shampoo, lotion. SHOWER: Love the shower head pressure. LOCATION: Super - within walking distance to everything. PARKING: Can be a bit challenging to get a spot. Have recommended this hotel to friends and will definitely stay there again and again.

The front desk staff was amazing. They spent time with us making area recommendations and info on how to get around the city easily. Breakfast staff was attentive and courteous. Property well maintained. Our air conditioner made a noise but was tolerable.

Family of 5 with 3 kids 6 and under. We used to stay at double tree by Hilton but we were disappointed the last couple times. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we love the location, cleanliness and staff is pleasant. Only down fall for us was parking offsite.. the pool area is small, not as nice as the double tree. But overall excellent stay! Would reccomend for young families.
