We enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel - the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The lobby was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. We utilized the on-site parking. The hotel was in a good location for our family trip - it was an easy walk to the the falls area and nearby tourist areas. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Overall everything was very good, unfortunately didn’t get to see the fireworks due to the cancellation. Didn’t have good water flow but as soon as I mentioned it to staff. They started immediately to fix it

It was the perfect weekend stay. As one of us was a first timer to Niagara, it was easy to walk to the falls, Clifton hill and other attractions. From our room we could see the nightly fireworks which were also a plus. The only negative part was that the parking was a bit further off site as the hotel's was full.

I stay here every time I’m in Niagara, it’s close to everything, only down fall is if the parking is full you have to park off the property. It’s only a quick walk but kind of in a sketchy place.

Staff were friendly and helpful with all our needs. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was conveniently located at the main lobby. This hotel is close to everything and within walking distance of the Falls.

Very lovely hotel our favourite. Rooms are always clean and the staff is nice. The area is great ! Restaurants close by that are amazing . The elevator is a little slow but it is a busy hotel

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay overall. I think it would be even better if breakfast were included, especially for families traveling with children. The breakfast price seemed quite expensive, so we decided not to have it. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee. When I booked the hotel well in advance, the confirmation email stated that parking was $15. However, when we arrived, we were told the price had recently increased and had to pay more. I wish this change had been communicated before our arrival.
