This is a beautiful resort. It was quiet and not very crowded. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful without exception. The rooms were comfortable and our bed was comfortable too. It is somewhat isolated but Osoyoos is small so we were 5 minutes drive from all manner of shopping. Parking is underground in a parkade which was handy and secure. Our only surprise was that we could not bring our drinks to the beach or pool area as these areas are considered part of the lounge and only purchased alcohol is allowed. So no wine at sunset, but oh well...

There was always something to do at the resort. For ages 8 to 18 to 43. Very fun, great staff, maid service should be by more available (tiny garbage cans, we were over flowing) but otherwise great stay. We had a Sauv One with 5 guests and it worked well.

I found the staff to be helpful and grounds keepers were always tidying. It felt very safe for my family. Loved that there was games for the kids bean bag toss, ping pong, and space to kick a ball around. Nice private location. I left and booked for next year :)

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! We loved the outdoor pool and private lake access. Beds were super comfortable and everything was available in the kitchen from utensils to coffee grounds. It was exactly what we needed for a quick get away.

My only complaint is the front desk staff. Imagine walking up for the first time and the gruff looking dude (Michael) not bothering to make eye contact, say hello, inquire if it’s our first time the usual friendly pleasantries. Instead he slows down the parking form and says “fill this out and put on dash” followed by “ID and credit card”. It was so cold and unfriendly it was quite shocking for a higher end hotel property. Otherwise the stay was great. No other complaints. Perfect location. Property very well maintained. Nice pool. Nice beach. Beautiful sunsets.

We recently stayed at the Walnut Beach resort in a one bedroom suite. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and dining area as well as a seating area with a couch and two chairs. King bed was a bit too soft for my liking but my husband thought it was great. Large bathroom with a huge tub/shower combo. I only wish that there was a mounted grab bar on the wall to get in and out of as the tub was a bit deep. There is an onsite restaurant for convenience that looked great but for this trip we chose to visit some of the local restaurants. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice and refreshing. Wifi and underground parking are included in the room cost. Overall, we had an extremely good experience with this property.
