The Hampton is a great little hotel, with a small dedicated section of beachfront on Seven Mile Beach, although technically the hotel itself is not beachfront. The value for the location is great, the restaurant is perfection, and the staff all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The only things that could improve the stay would have been balconies to enjoy the warm weather, even while in rooms, and a wider radius or more robust shuttle service, even if for a small additional fee.

The beach access is small and extremely rocky since the next door hotel’s beach is currently under construction. The engineers told us that they are expanding their beach. The hotel shuttle took us to other beaches which was a great solution. The property, staff, and restaurant were absolutely fantastic.

The location is super central to everything, and the hotel has about a 2 minute walk to the beach with beach chairs set up. It’s a must at the Cayman Islands!

Our experience started really well before we arrived and it absolutely continued to impress us. We wanted to plan some excursions and Daniel the concierge made some really wonderful suggestions and helped us find what wanted before we arrived. The hotel has been renovated and is clean, cute and well done. We loved the way they decorated the pool and restaurant area. The landscaping is lovely and it seemed like they worked constantly to keep the entire property clean, well looked after and ready at all times. The front desk staff, including Xavier and again Daniel was warm and friendly and seemed to sincerely want to make sure that we had a really great time, not just at the hotel but for our entire vacation.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the Cayman Islands! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and we looked forward to it every morning. One thing we really appreciated was everything that was included with the resort fee. We were able to use bikes and even borrow a GoPro camera, which made exploring the island so much fun. There were also lots of other great amenities included, so we definitely felt we got good value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cayman Islands!

El staff de la propiedad es excepcional todos muy amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad que tenga el huésped, Quiero resaltar que a mi esposa se le fue con la toalla de playa la parte de abajo del bikini se lo informamos al personal del frente del hotel y fueron tan responsables que al otro día ya estaban entregando el artículo solicitado, recomiendo 100% este hotel muy amigables todo el personal, seguro que volveremos la habitación todos los días la limpiaron

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and always greeted us when we went in and out. They noticed our sunburns and gave us a bottle of aloe. The garden and restaurant within is wonderful though we only had breakfast there. Easy access to everything and if you ask for something they will do what they can to get it.

This was the second time I stayed here. The only negative thing I could say at all is that there is not enough beach space (chairs) to just sit, however, my family was visiting Grand Cayman for the snorkeling, not the sun bathing. We patiently waited for a chair to place our towels and belongings on, while swimming in the sea, we were happy.

This our second time at Hampton & it will be our forever home when we visit Grand Cayman. The staff from the Front desk to Housekeeping is very Lovely & their Energy is like a Ray of Sunshine. It made me extremely Happy to see the Stellar Front desk staff Eleanora & Isamael was still there! You made our first experience unforgettable! Thank You 😊 Unfortunately, I can’t say the same with the Breakfast staff in the Dining area. Every morning one of them had something to say to me. It’s either please don’t take the coffee mug out of the dining area. Use the paper cups. I’m one of those Save the Planet & Earth conscience crazies. Why use paper when there is a perfectly fine mug that can be used & washed. I’m trying to Save the Planet for my daughters. And when I was using the Waffle maker this lady was hovering over me. Like lady I know how to use this maker. Maybe it was me the lack of caffeine at 8am but Seriously… Back it Up.

My wife and I were really impressed with the hotel’s location, cleanliness, attention to detail, customer service, amenities, and the daily breakfast that’s included. The hotel staff goes out of their way to keep you happy and comfortable. The free shuttle is invaluable for going to restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend Hampton by Hilton.
