The location is good. Good room with breakfast. Free WiFi. Cable to the lounge area. Good enough for a night or two stay. Most tourists will not be in La Serena for more than two days anyway. It's a pistol between San Pedro de Alabama and Santos.

I stay here for 8 days when visiting friends family. It has been a lovely stay all around. The beds are comfortable and spotless. Close to the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was very safe here as there were many lovely families all over Chile this time of year. Fabulous grounds with a spotless pool and lots of birds. It's a completely stress-free and comfortable place. The next time we are here, we will come back.

application's description is ludicrous because we assumed we were booking an apartment for four people. In fact, the house has two stories and can hold seven beds. Free wifi, but it's very slow. Nice and clean with daily housekeeping. I would suggest getting a unit back from the road because we were a bit close to the road.

The location is close to the beach and peaceful. And then, the kitchen is nice. After that, the room was decent. Subsequently, the kitchen facilities were well. Then, even though the hot water problem we had was resolved, the hotel has free wifi in all areas but it has a limited service that is rarely the case. They also promised to give free WiFi in all areas but on rare occasions, they did not provide that. We spoke with the manager and he only shrugged his shoulders in total apathy. This is not the place to stay if you want to use WiFi.

My friend and I went out of season but it was a really welcoming stay with receptionist Camino especially friendly and happy to share his insights about Chile and the area. The swimming pool area is a great play for an hour or two to relax.
