All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chile are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times.Use of the SPA is for persons over 18 years of age.LOCAL TAX LAWBased on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency.
