Please note : - Hot Tub/Jacuzzi is available only for adults (16+). - 1 child (8 years old and younger) may stay free of charge in existing beds in Superior Rooms, older children pay normal fee. Children cannot be accommodated in Executive Rooms. - Children 2 years old and younger are considered infants. Cots are free but subject to availability. Please note cots are not available for the executive rooms.- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card is not approved when charging in advance.-- LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19%, regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. A guarantee will be requested upon check-in for all reservations to cover possible incidentals during your stay. This could be equivalent to the monetary value of the first night stay.
