Tongli Huajianfu · Lize Girls' School in Suzhou is located in the heart of Tongli Ancient Town, right next to Tuisi Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Transformed from the nationally‑protected former site of the century‑old Lize Girls' School, it was founded in 1906 by Zhuan Chuanxin, the second‑generation owner of Tuisi Garden. The school pioneered modern girls' education in Wujiang. It preserves the century‑old school motto “Sincerity, Diligence, Simplicity and Affection” and a rare national‑humiliation monument funded by women in China. The original Sino‑Western‑style Republic‑era teaching building has been fully retained on its historic site.The hotel consists of two courtyards: the former Lize Girls' School and the Ancient‑Style Garden.
