This was a great hotel. Nice, secure, isolated in the most beautiful surroundings and complete facilities. The reception staff was friendly and professional, but the fact that none of them could speak English made everything a hassle. If you can speak Chinese, this is probably the best hotel in Beijing. If not, you should schedule an additional hour each time you visit the front desk. It claims the hotel is smoke free, but the rooms clearly smelled of smoking. This may be due to our unannounced early arrival, and may not be true for the entire hotel.

One of the few hotels on the far edge of East Beijing, outside the ring, where you can find attractive family style hotel accommodations for a short stay. Nearby is a large mall popular with the locals where youll find many dining options better than the hotels choices.

We also can choose to stay at this place again. Especially since the name is VIP guest room and they only give a room at the reception of the conference center where you will find the restaurant and the pool. They also give us a room in their indoor pool with good quality and good cleanliness. The bathrooms are also quite suitable with a walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed and towels that make me easy to dry them. The receptionist is also very nice, he even got the taxi that he need and the friendliness of him who need to use, we know the pool will be so peaceful and only the dark at night. They also helped us bring our luggage to the house so that we are not allowed to use the free wifi while on the beach but also free water and tea in the room. The room size is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is comfortable, with a walk-in shower, and the shower was comfortable and easy to clean.

The employees here are so helpful. The room is so nice, with the beds in their typical high-strength Chinese style, very hard. Plus, the location is not too far from the restaurant and very convenient to the restaurant, they can speak good english in all aspects.

Overall, a fantastic stay with easy access to the joy city centre and tube stations. It's a bit of a headache to locate reception due to the fact that this is a really vast complex that is also residential. There was no one at the restaurant when we were picked up. We eventually realized where we needed to be, which was a considerable distance with all of our baggage in the frigid air. Excellent receptionist who, once more, did not speak English, so be prepared with a translator app on your phone or a phase book. We found it incredibly satisfying attempting to comprehend one another. The room was very comfortable and had a very large bed. Every day, free water is offered with tea and coffee facilities. Our only issue was that the room was so hot, and it was minus 10 outside, but we turned off all radiators and had a window open, but the room was still warm, not sure where the heating was coming from.
