Stayed for ten days here. It's been an amazing experience. The front desk staff always makes a ton of wonderful English comments. The rooms are small but comparable to New York and other big cities. The place is clean. There is a refrigerator! King-size beds are available in the single bed rooms. Double beds are available in the two-bed rooms. When making our reservation, we were unable to tell. If you want to connect, you will need a Chinese number. All you need is direction on how to navigate the landing page to use the hotel's code. Rollaway beds are not allowed. The subway and a McDonald's across the street are all within a block. There are many other dining options nearby. A family of three traveling.

The subway station Shanghai Stadium and the fourth floor shopping mall across the street are advantages and make it rather convenient for city transportation. There are several scenic locations with leisurely strolls after work, as well as three or four shopping malls with food courts. There are no worries about dining and transportation, as time can be used effectively. Business trips offer the most affordable price. Cons Most front desk staff members are unfriendly, which limits the services the hotel can provide. Even if reasonable requests are not met or resolved, the room's condition is still acceptable, but the lighting of the furniture and equipment, including the faucet, shower, water pressure, etc., can be improved. As the room isn't too big, I'm wondering if housekeeping reports to facility management regarding repairs or replacing malfunctioning ones. The room layout could be redesigned for better movement. The current direction blocks the walkway without adequate lighting, and the bed has too much light from the adjacent building creates privacy concerns. The use of the curtain all day will limit the natural light in the room's entrance.

The price is very competitive, with a high standard in Shanghai. The hotel is in a good position, close to the subway, and in a lovely location. The room was quite comfortable with a large bed, desk and private bathroom. Breakfast was served right next to the hotel using the voucher provided by the hotel.
