When my boyfriend and I went to Tanzania for a day, we stayed here for one night, and it was the only place we felt unsatisfied. The setting is lovely, and the rooms are lovely. We love tanzanian food and had wonderful food at all of our other lodges and camps, but the fish here was nearly impossible to locate tough and bland. Some massas arrived for dinner to perform a dance and music performance. It was enjoyable for around 5 minutes, but it lasted a lot longer than that, making it impossible to have the relaxing evening we wanted. We told the manager first that we could pay with credit cards because we had no cash on us, and she basically shrugged and said we would have to pay cash. The credit card machine was not working the next morning when we paid our bill, and the manager admitted that the last week had been troubled. We recalled that we had inquired about this and ordered the wine only because she had promised credit cards would be fine, but she brushed her shoulders and said we would have to pay in cash. We had quite a bit of cash with us and needed to use the little we had. We offered to leave her a credit card number or impression so that she could charge our card once her machine worked again, but she refused. We had another camp that could do this, so we understand it is possible. I wish she could

We stayed two nights at this camp with cape buffalo traveling day and night. At night, we were taken care of with hot water bottles and escorts to and from our tents to the main tent. The staff was professional and friendly, two 15-year-old boys and I played cards with mali and ben. These gentlemen also assisted us with making fires in a traditional massa manner. The camp was extremely clean and comfortable and the food was great. The beautiful setting was the icing on the cake!.

On our five-week safari through Africa with oat, we spent two nights here. The camp was visited by zebras and elephants both at night and during the day. A lovely eating tent with a bar and sitting area is located here. Although not very comfortable, this was the most primitive tent camp we remained in during our trip. We had a great time here because the staff was very kind. The showers here are interesting to watch.

We spent our last night in the Kiruru Tented Camp. It's peaceful and beautiful. The tent was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were complete with hot showers and the staff was attentive and friendly.. Particularly Ellie the restaurant manager. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The accommodations here were adequate and offered an amazing view. Although the staff was kind, the location didnt surprise us as much as the other spots we had stayed. Maybe that had something to do with the fact that after being in the country for more than 2 weeks we had climbed Kilimanjaro before the safari, and we were ready to go home. The setting has an almost avenger layout. It was a complete puzzle. Luckily, there are signs that direct visitors to their tents, so finding them was no problem. One must be cautious when exploring the grounds because it is in the middle of nature. It was adequate for just one night, but we wouldnt have stayed longer.
