Clean small rooms in a well-kept hostel. The staff were great especially Oscar, who greeted us heartily each time he saw us. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. You can't beat the price, especially when you can walk 5 minutes to the beach.

Included breakfast was delicious and filling. Property was clean. Location is unbeatable if you plan on going to Manuel Antonio or any nearby beaches (5 min walk). Friendliest and best staff I’ve ever encountered in my years of traveling. Highly recommend!

Vissa rum har ingen ac, så det kan bli väldigt varmt i rummen. Sen verkade inte dom städa mitt rum dom dagarna jag var där. Men det gjorde inget direkt, för personalen, samt maten på boendet var underbart. Ägaren till stället var otroligt vänlig så man nästan inte vill lämna stället. Läget var bra nära till stranden. Sen utbudet på restauranger bör man ta en uber eller få gå en bit i en brant uppförsbacke men det var det värt med utsikten. Frukost + maten 👌 Personalen 👌 Rummen 3/5

Five minute walk the beach and national park. Super cool hostel with nice decor. The food is fantastic. Good breakfast! My room was perfect for solo travel, but would be good for a couple as well. I would definitely consider staying here again! Pura vida!

I stayed here for four nights. My room and the bathrooms were very clean. Constantly saw workers throughout the day cleaning the bathrooms. The showers were always spotless. Felt super comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler. LOVED the included breakfast in the mornings- two plates of food and a cup of coffee. Tap water from the bathroom sink was perfectly fine to drink. Walking distance to the national park and beach. Very quiet in the evenings, had no issues falling asleep. Loved staying here and absolutely would stay here again.

Costa Linda Art Hostel is a clean comfortable place to sleep. It is an easy walk to the entrance of Manuel Antonio park and the public beach. The free morning breakfast included eggs, bread, beans, fruit, pancake and tea or coffee. A great way to start the day. Oscar greeted us and showed us around the hostel. He made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. Make sure you understand that this hostel doesn’t have any parking (go down the street for paid parking), there is a shared bathroom with no hot water and the rooms are clean but sparsely populated (bed, A/C, fan, small bookshelf).

Rooms very clean and restaurant is amazing. The included breakfast was very good. The only downside was needing to go downstairs to the bathroom but shred bathrooms were advertised and expected. Good value for price!

The included breakfast is amazing—two courses! The bathrooms/showers are very tight in spacing, but there are bigger bathrooms in the attached restaurant section. Those bathrooms/showers are shared by all in the hostel, including those with private rooms (which was fine, never had to wait to use facilities). There is no A/C, so realize that it can get quite hot in the rooms, especially during the day (it’ll get hotter than outside temp, even with the fan). The host is incredibly friendly. I’d recommend here to anyone willing to forgo A/C in a particularly hot climate.

Great location! Great value. Minutes from the beach. Manager was super friendly. We had a hiccup with my room key, and he apologized. Upgraded me to a room with A/C. Lifesaver. Breakfast is included and pretty good. Same meal every day.

Except for size of bathroom stalls, I was pleased with everything about this property. Everything was very clean. No hot water but with the hot weather cold showers were exactly what I needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was simple and delicious. My fear of bedbugs were alleviated as soon as I saw how clean the room was.
