I had an awful experience while staying here. We were told that the double room we reserved at this hotel was an apartment. It's truly just a tiny room with a tiny shower tub and a bed wedged between two walls, so you have to slide to the end to get out of it. You are happiest to fit two suitcases in the room. It gives off a sense of claustrophobia because you can't raise the blinds and can't see out of the windows. The sink is in the room and not the bathroom, and it cannot be unplugged. There is a microwave, electric kettle, and small refrigerator, but there is barely space to eat. There is supposed to be a washing machine, but we didn't see it or use it. As selfchecking, there isn't much of a reception area and we rarely saw anybody at the desk. But we saw cameras in the reception and elevator. The carpet in a hotel that is advertised as just opened in April 2019 is stained and the overall feel is old. The fact that it is several blocks from the train station and restaurants is a plus. However, there are many more excellent locations to stay for the same price that are close to transportation and food. Although Im not sure what the other rooms looked like, we won't stay here once more.4.6/511 Apr 2022

Overall, the experience was excellent for a less expensive hotel in this region. Great, spotless rooms, and friendly staff. This hotel is in a fantastic position close to Akawatar Station, surrounded by many eateries and attractions. The staff were quite pleasant, and the room was immaculate. The bathroom was very little, like an airplane. However, it performed its job! The walls were also not very soundproof, but this didn't bother us. Lastly, the check out time was extremely strict. We read it as am, but it is actually before 10. We knocked on our door at 10 on the nose telling us it was check-out time. Thank goodness we were ready. The check-in time is also quite late, at rp, which wasn't ideal for just one night.4.4/519 Aug 2022

We booked a double room from this hotel as an apartment. Its simply a very small room with a tiny shower bathtub and bed wedged between two walls so you have to slide to the end to get out. The advantage is that it is situated several blocks from the train station and restaurants. But there are plenty of better places to stay for the same price that are close to transportation and food. Overall, I had a very good experience at a less expensive hotel in this region. nice clean rooms and lovely staff. This hotel is in a great location, close to Akihabara station, surrounded by many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
