First of all, Frane was the best! He was amazing in every way.. from promptly answering my numerous questions prior to the trip, to arranging our car pick up, to meeting us on arrival and for helping us with the luggage! The place itself is fautless.. the room was super clean and new, mattress and pillows the most comfortable ever, the shower pressure incredible and the nespresso machine a real bonus. We cant stop raving about it!!!

Frane met me at near by property and showed me to my room. Everything went smooth, without Frane's immediate response I would not have had the same experience. Once in the suite, it is clean and new and is in an excellent location as long as you are able to walk 15 minutes with your luggage from the airport shuttle bus.

This suite was lovely!! Nothing but good things to say about the suite and the staff. I would definitely stay there again. It can get noisy but simply closing the windows takes care of that. Close to everything. AAA on this one!

This place is absolutely amazing and all new! It has a feel of a boutique hotel, I loved the interior and it's spotless clean. Location is fantastic, and the area is full with many great restaurants and cafés. We checked in late, but the staff had it all ready and was super helpful

This is really a gem in Split's old town. Location couldn't get better, it's literally in the centre of the old Town and (literally) a few seconds away from the seafront. Communication with the staff was very efficient. What blew me away was the decoration and luxury feel that the place has. I booked a room overlooking an old street, which was great and quiet. Great bed. Would come back.

The host was extremely attentive and provided a lot of great suggestions on how to eat and walk around. The condition of the new room was very clean and with a beautiful shower. There is a mini fridge, a great shower, a big shower, and AC in the room.

The hosts went above and above to make our stay comfortable by quickly answering any questions we had during our stay. The rooms were gorgeous with elegant finishes and amenities. It felt like a luxurious hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed in 3 rooms for 5 people and had plenty of space. The location was close to the harbor, old town, dining, and other split attractions. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by quickly addressing any questions we had during our stay. I also highly recommend using the hosts' dining recommendations, they are some of the best meals we have had in Croatia.

We were thrilled to discover this location because it made our stay in Split simple, enjoyable, and comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent because it is close to the port, the old town, and fantastic pubs and restaurants. The rooms are large, spotless, and have air conditioning and large, comfortable restrooms. Each room included a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a hot water boiler for making tea or coffee. It was also nice that they gave a fantastic local recommendation guide.

There isn't much to say about Porto native! The rooms were exquisite, with elegant finishes and amenities. It felt like a luxury hotel for a reasonable price. We had enough space in three rooms for 5 people. The location was close to the harbor, old town, restaurants, and other separated attractions. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by quickly answering any questions we had while we were there. I also strongly recommend using the hosts' dining suggestions because these are some of the best meals we've ever had in Croatia.

The location is so strategic, close to the port, the old town, and other amazing eateries and bars. The rooms are large, clean, with air conditioning and spacious and comfortable bathrooms. Each room had a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a water boiler to make hot tea or coffee. The host has an excellent local recommendation guide. I think we tried all the restaurants and all of them were great! We were so happy to find this place, it made our stay in Split easy, comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Air conditioning worked great, new modern safe and refrigerator, and beautiful bathroom. The entrance to the building was just ok but it was in a great location. Staff was very responsive to messages throughout the stay. There were some issues with communication regarding checkin possibly due to Expedia? Fortunately the owner responded immediately once I arrived. Hard pillows affected my sleep but that was a personal preference. Highly recommend property. Very well maintained and many restaurants nearby. Owner is great to respond to questions.

Really Nice room. Amazing location. No parking so you you have to walk and it was really hard to find but I would stay there again.
